The introduction of computerized tomography of conical haz has driven the performance of guided surgery in the treatment with dental implants. The guided oral implantation assisted by the originator is representing a new advance in the treatment with dental implants.

This new technique of guided surgery allows the treatment with implants by means of a diagnosis by the 3D image and achieve a surgical phase without colga- jo. The immediate functional load has also been boosted by placing the corresponding prostheses. The objective of this study was to present the clinical results of treatment with implants inserted using the technique of guided surgery and immediate loading in maxillary edentulous patients.
